A rum-based riff on the classic Moscow Mule, this refreshing summertime cocktail channels the breezy vibes of Barbados (Bridgetown is the capital, after all), brought to you by two brands proudly rooted in Pittsburgh, the City of Bridges.

Maggie Farm Rum and Jackworth Ginger Beer wanted a look that was lively and tropical, while incorporating Skully, the Maggie’s Farm skeleton mascot. Knowing that the pool would be the perfect location for this summertime sipper, I placed Skully in a jungle lagoon with green foliage and bold pink accents on the title treatment and his sunglasses and lei, with matching plastic can carrier.
